Partial result round 1 at MTB
The second partial results of Citizens' Budget Maastricht 2021 are known.
On Monday evening 4 October we organised the second event of round 1 at MTB Maastricht. We look back on an interesting evening, in which a diverse group of residents once again reflected on the themes they find important.
Official partial results Monday 4 October
Connecting activities (fighting loneliness) was the most important theme this evening. Also the themes: new meeting places and/or activities in buildings or public space, everyone participates/boosting participation, and vacancy and empty sites scored high.
Total combined scores for Athos and MTB
Meanwhile, the first two events of round 1 are finished. That means we are well on track to choosing favourite themes. Two more events will follow in the coming week in which themes will also be chosen: Amyerhoof on Thursday 7 October and Het Ruweel on Sunday 10 October.
The current top 5 results are as follows:
- New meeting places and/or activities in buildings or public space.
- Everyone participates/boosting participation.
- Connecting activities (fighting loneliness).
- Vacancy and empty sites.
- Poverty reduction.
Important to know is that anything can still change! The more people join in, the greater the impact you can make together.
2 events to go
At the end, all the results are added up. The 5 themes with the most votes go through to round 2 where the money is distributed.
