Final decision on fund allocation reached
On the afternoon of Sunday, 18th June, residents decided upon the distribution of funds across the selected themes from the first round, during a second public event. This confirms the final results for round two of Burgerbegroting Maastricht (Maastricht Citizens' Budget).

- Caring for each other: € 35,357
- Future-proofing community associations: € 76,071
- Attractive streets and squares: € 92,143
- Street art and cultural displays in public spaces: € 87,857
- Local sports pitches and play areas: € 92,143
- Supporting community culture spaces, incubators, studios: € 25,714
- Inclusion for all: € 34,821
- Urban farming and community gardening: € 31,071
Top 3
The theme receiving the most funding is 'Activities to build social connections in the neighbourhood'. Second is 'Greening parks and streets', and coming in third is 'Attractive streets and squares'.
