Walk-in sessions
During the submission period, we organised walk-in sessions at 4 locations in the city to help initiators submit their ideas. We spoke to an average of 10 initiators per walk-in session.
Follow-up round 3
We'll discuss the submitted proposals with all initiators from 6 June to 31 August. The proposals will be complemented or fine-tuned where necessary. The submitted proposals will also be reviewed by municipal employees during this period. The municipal executive will check in early October whether the projects meet the criteria set out in Article 6 of the citizens' budget regulations. After that, the final list of projects will be announced on our website.
Round 4: voting for projects
The festive closing event will take place at Muziekgieterij on Sunday 23 October 2022. During this afternoon session, attendees will choose which projects will be implemented per theme.
