22 April 2022 - Press release

Maastricht Citizens' Budget project round launched

Do you have a good idea for your neighbourhood? Would you like to organise a neighbourhood barbecue, green up your neighbourhood or help create a neighbourhood meeting place? You can submit an idea or project for the Maastricht Citizen's Budget from today until 6 June. Residents chose 5 themes and divided the money over the chosen themes during 2 rounds and 6 events. Projects must match one of these themes and the allocated budget, and must benefit Maastricht residents. You can submit an idea or project via the website or during 4 open days at various locations in the city.
